Conclusion:
The analysis shows clear differences among colleges in terms of high school performance and
first-year retention. Colleges with stronger student profiles, such as Architecture (HS GPA 3.61;
ACT 26.16) and Engineering (HS GPA 3.55; ACT 26.40), achieved high retention rates (88.9%
and 81.8%). In contrast, North Central Branch (HS GPA 2.61; retention 63.5%) and South
Central Branch (HS GPA 2.71; retention 63.0%) reported the lowest academic input and
retention. Interestingly, Music maintained a relatively high retention rate (82.4%) despite not
having the highest admission scores. Across the university system, the average retention rate was
73.2%. These findings suggest that while student quality is positively associated with retention,
the learning environment also plays an important role.

Sprint showing the least variability (0.200) and Verizon the most (1.333). Males (M) exhibit
slightly higher variance (0.971) in customer service perception compared to females (F) at 0.761,
suggesting more consistent opinions among females.
Overall Conclusion:

Overall Conclusion:
- Females generally stay longer in the company compared to males.
- Employees without a college degree or without prior call center experience tend to have
longer tenure.
- The higher variability in the female group and the no-degree group suggests a wider
range of length of service within these groups.
