conference;

bidders;
5. Receive bids;
6. Conduct the evaluation of bids;

functions and responsibilities:

5. Take custody of the procurement documents

7. Monitor procurement activities and mirestones for proper
reporting to relevant
agencies when required;

9. Make arrangement for the pre-procurement and pre-bid
conference and bid
opening; and
10. Be the centrar channer of communications
for the BAc with end users and other
