SPECFICATION
Earth Work Excavation:
Foundation Trenches, for all clauses of soil
including, cutting, shoring strutting etc. For
Foundation: R.C.C. FOUNDATION AS PER
STRUCTURAL DRAWING/ IF PILE
FOUNDATION IS SUGGESTED COSTING
WILL BE EXTRA AS PER PILE DESIGN.
ANTI- TERMITE TREATMENT:
Against attack by subterranean termites;
chemical treatment shall be implements by
experts having special know how to ensure
uniform distribution and proper penetration.
PCC BELOW COLUMN FOUNDATION:
Plain cement concrete [Link] using 40MM
aggregates as per standard Structural
Specifications.
RCC COLUMN FOOTING:
Reinforced cement concrete [Link] using 20MM
as per standard Structural Specification.
FILLING IN BASEMENT / PLINTH HT:
Filling in basement shall be done with available
earth or slurry dust. BASEMENT HEIGHT WILL
BE 3.0 FT FROM EXISTING GROUND LEVEL
ONLY. ADDITIONAL HEIGHT OR FILLING
SAND IF REQUIRED AS PER SITE
CONDITION / COST WILL BE EXTRA.

PCC BELOW FLOORING:
Plain cement concrete [Link] as per standard
Structural specification.
RCC COLUMNS:
RCC shall be build using 20mm downgraded
aggregates in M20 mix as per the given
structural drawings.
RCC BEAMS:
RCC Beams shall be build using 20mm
downgraded aggregated in M20 mix as per the
given structural drawings.
RCC SLABS:
RCC slabs with minimum 5” thicknesses shall be
build using 20mm downgraded aggregates in
M20 mix as per the given structural drawings.
RCC SUN SHADES:
RCC Sun shades shall be build using 20mm
downgraded aggregates in M20 mix as per
standard architectural specifications.
RCC STARIS:
RCC stairs shall be build using 20mm
downgraded aggregates in M20 mix as per
architectural specifications
RCC LINTEL:
RCC Lintel shall be build using 20mm
downgraded aggregates in M20 mix as per
given structural drawing.
REINFORCED STEEL:
Fixing steel reinforcement (high yield strength
deformed bars conforming to Fe 500 or
structural requirement) for R.C.C. in all items;
work including transportation, recoiling,
straightening, bending, and placing in position at
all levels & binding with approved gauge binding
wire. Brand – ARUN Steel TMT Bars or
equivalent.
BRICK WORK:
Good quality of Red brick 4 ½” for partition walls
& 9” for main wall will be used for all brickwork,
cement mortar in 1:6.
CEMENT:
Portland Pozzolana cement for Brick work and
Ordinary Portland cement for concrete brand
Chettinad or equivalent.
ROOF CONCRETE:
RAMCO EQUIVALENT READY MIX
CONCRETE OR MANUAL MIXER MACHINE
FOR ROOF CONCRETE / RATIO AS PER
STRUCTURAL SPECIFICATIONS
SAND:
Good quality of crushed M-sand (POABS) shall
be used for all RCC and super structural works,
good quality crushed P –sand which is specially
graded for the plastering for the plastering
purpose shall be used for plastering works as
per the availability in the open market. IF RIVER
SAND OPTED EXTRA COST SHOULD BE
BEARED BY THE CUSTOMER.
PARAPET WORK:
4 ½ “ brick work shall be used of the parapet
work, cement mortar in 1:6
INSIDE PLASTERING WORK:
Inside plastering work shall be in cement mortar
[Link] to 12mm thick.
CEILING PLASTERING WORK:
Ceiling plastering work shall be in 1:3 cement
mortar, below 10mm thick.
OUTSIDE PLASTERING WORK:
Outside plastering work shall be in cement
mortar 1:5, 12 to 15 mm thick.
WOOD WORK:
a) Main door shall be First quality teak wood
frame and door shall be Teak-wood Door varnish
finish.
b) All Other door frame shall be country wooden
frame and doors shall be of Modular double
panel skin door with water proof.
c) Main door shall be fitted with Quality brass
coated brand (Godrej or equivalent)
accessories, handle, safety chain and door eye.
d) Other doors shall be fitted with brushed steel
55 coated handles and Link or Liberty make
equivalent accessories.
e) Main door frame size will be 7x 3'3'6", bed
room frame will be 7x3, Toilet Door will be 7 x
2'6".

e) Main board: EB main board will be provided .
Electrical cable, main board with all accessories
for 3phase will be provided. All homes will have

PAINTING WORK:
a)Inner wall of each Rooms will be of 2 coats
putty, I coat primer, 2 coats of tractor emulsion
asian paint brand, Generaly warm white or Pure
White colour.
b) Exterior wall will be of 1 coat primer, 2 coats
of Apex exterior emulsion asian paint brand.
c) Grills will be of 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of
enamel pain of asian paint brand.
d) Doors are i coat wood primer and two coats of
enamel of asian paint brand.

GRILL WORKS:
a) All window grill 12mm square rod with 1.5 kg
per [Link].
b) All Balcony handrails will be of heavy duty
mild steel.
c) All Staircase handrails will be SS or MS.
WINDOW WORKS:
All windows will be of UPVC frame & sliding
windows (4x4 size max) with 5mm thick glass of
