■ Study + Football Routine

Monday – Thursday (School Days)


• 6:00 – 6:30 AM → Wake up, freshen up, light breakfast
• 6:30 – 7:15 AM → Get ready & leave
• 7:30 AM – 1:20 PM → School
• 1:30 – 2:30 PM → Lunch + relax
• 2:30 – 3:00 PM → Light reading / homework / chill
• 3:00 – 5:00 PM → Nap
• 5:00 – 7:00 PM → Football
• 7:00 – 7:30 PM → Wash clothes + shower + snack
• 7:30 – 9:00 PM → Main Study Block (rotate subjects)
• 9:00 – 9:30 PM → Dinner
• 9:30 – 10:00 PM → English / light study
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM → Sleep

Friday (No School)


• 8:00 – 8:30 AM → Wake up & breakfast
• 9:00 – 11:00 AM → Maths & Chemistry
• 11:00 – 12:00 PM → Relax / hobby
• 12:30 – 1:30 PM → Lunch
• 2:00 – 3:00 PM → Physics / ICT
• 3:00 – 5:00 PM → Nap
• 5:00 – 7:00 PM → Football
• 7:00 – 7:30 PM → Wash clothes + shower + snack
• 7:30 – 9:00 PM → Study (English + revision)
• 9:00 – 10:00 PM → Dinner + relax
• 10:00 PM → Sleep

Saturday (No School)


• 8:00 – 8:30 AM → Wake up & breakfast
• 9:00 – 11:00 AM → Maths & Chemistry
• 11:00 – 12:00 PM → Physics
• 12:30 – 1:30 PM → Lunch
• 2:00 – 3:00 PM → ICT / revision
• 3:00 – 5:00 PM → Nap
• 5:00 – 7:00 PM → Football
• 7:00 – 7:30 PM → Wash clothes + shower + snack
• 7:30 – 9:00 PM → Mock tests / past papers
• 9:00 – 10:00 PM → Dinner + relax
• 10:00 PM → Sleep

Sunday (Rest Day)


• 9:00 AM → Wake up
• Relax, gaming, hobbies, family time
• 7:00 – 7:30 PM → Wash clothes
• 7:30 – 8:00 PM → Light review (30 mins)
• Rest of the day → Free time
