yy Learnings and Experiences from the Science Day Culmination

(September 25, 2025) ;

Last September 25, 2025, our school celebrated the Science Day

Culmination with the theme “SciMath: Science and Math”. The

purpose of the event was to give us students the chance to

explore, learn, and enjoy science beyond the classroom. The

entire school was filled with activities that combined fun and

learning. Each classroom was turned into an exhibit, filled with

displays: experiments, and interactive presentations. Out of all

the activities, my favorite ones were visiting the photo booths,

where we captured memories with friends, and sed the sci-

fi movies, which made me imagine what the future could look

like with the help of science and technology. These nga

made the day not only educational but also memorable.

From the event, | qained new knowledge that I can connect to

real life. The exhibits showed me how Science and math work

hand in hand in solving problems. For example, one presentation

demonstrated how technology and scientific principles can help

us in everyday situations, such as conserving energy or

managing waste. This made me realize that even small scientific

practices, like end or being mindful of electricity use, have

a big impact when applied consistently in real life. Watching the

sci-fi movies also expanded my imagination and curiosity. While

some of the ideas in the films seemed futuristic, I realized that

many scientific breakthroughs today once started as imaginative

ideas. This encouraged me to be more open-minded and curio (

because new discoveries are possible if we are willing to learn

and think creatively.

“Capturing memories

with classmates during

Science Day 2025!”

Another important aspect I appreciated during Science Day was

teamwork and collaboration. I noticed how each class worked

together to prepare their rooms and activities. From arranging

decorations to presenting their experiments, it was clear that

cooperation played a big role in the success of the event. Even as

a visitor, | also learned with the help of my classmates. We shared

ideas while watching the eee and explained concepts to

each other. This reminded me that learning is more meaningful

when we work with others. Science itself is built on collaboration

—scientists around the world share discoveries to solve problems

that one person alone cannot fix. That same spirit of teamwork

was reflected in our celebration. ;

Science Day is important for students like me because it makes

science more exciting, practical, and engaging. Instead of just

reading about theories in textbooks, we got to experience how

science and math connect to the real world, It sparked m ;

curiosity to ask questions like “How does this work?” or “What if

this is applied in real life?” It also motivated me to value

education more, knowing that the knowledge I gain in school

could be used to improve not just my own life but also my

community. Beyond the learning, the event promabe JOF and unity

to our school, showing that science can be both fun and

meaningful.

Creative Expression — Symbol of My Experience

“Science is the key that unlocks imagination, and teamwork is the

bridge that makes it real."

In conclusion, the Science Day Culmination on September 25,

2025, was an inspiring and memorable experience. | learned that

science is not only about experiments but about applyin

knowledge to improve life. | also realized that collaboration and

creativity are just as important as curiosity in making discoveries

possible. My biggest takeaway from the event is that learning

science should not end inside the classroom—it should continue

in our daily lives, in the way we ask questions, solve problems, y ( \

and work together. Science Day inspired me to be more curigu

more collaborative, and more apo aye of the wonders o

science and math in building a better future.
