a) INCOMPLETE FORM WILL BE SUMMARILY REJECTED.

b) These instructions shall be read with the instructions as appeared in the advertisement, if any.
c) Attach caste certificate issued by the Competent Authority. In case of OBC candidates, valid non-
creamy layer certificate issued in the last financial year should be attached.
d) Person with Disability (PWD) candidates are required to submit a certificate issued by the Competent
Authority.
e) Applicants claimed for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), a valid certificate issued in the last
financial year by the Competent Authority should be attached.
f) Applicants are required to send either hard copy or soft copy (for soft copy, email to
distanceeducation@[Link] with subject CDOE_2025_July Application_your name) of
the application along with the supporting documents to “The Head of the Centre, Centre for Distance
and Online Education, International Institute for Population Sciences, Govandi Station Road, Deonar,
Mumbai 400 088 (India)” by 24 August 2025. Applications can also be submitted in hand to the Centre
during office hours.
g) Applicants should send with their applications self-attested copies of their degrees or other certificates
in support of their educational qualifications. The candidates in employment would be required to
enclose a No-Objection Certificate from his/her employer if admitted.
h) In case of sponsored applicants where the financial liabilities have to be borne by the sponsoring agency,
the Employer should furnish the official statement of sponsorship and provisions and should fill up the
form given overleaf.
i) Only selected candidates will be informed by the office by Registered post/E-mail. No interim
correspondence will be entertained.
j) The processing fee of Rs.1,000/- for General category, Rs.500/- for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and
EWS category, Rs.250/-for SC/ST/PWD category for applicants should be paid only through online,
visiting the Institute website ([Link] and print out of the receipt
should be attached along with the Application Form.
