2. Task: Read the training program description below and change it into a clear flow chart.
Two weeks of Introduction to the Company.
Four weeks of Basic Computer Training.
Staff are then divided:
Design staff receive six weeks of Graphic Design Training.
IT staff receive six weeks of Networking Training.
Finally, everyone joins together for two weeks of Team Project Work.
Instructions:
+ Identify the sequence and branching points.
+ Draw boxes for each stage.
+ Use arrows to show order and branching.
+ Add a title at the top.
3. Task: Read the text below and change it into 3–4 short bullet points for a presentation
slide.
Always wash your hands before eating or preparing food to prevent germs from spreading.
Drink at least eight glasses of water every day to stay healthy and hydrated.
Exercise at least three times a week to keep your body strong and fit.
Get enough sleep every night so that your brain and body can rest properly.
