Rig Cost 45 Lakh Plus 18% Tax (8.10 Lakh Tax, Plus Accessories 15 Lakhs, Other
miscellaneous Expenditures, and initial expenditure of Vehicle movement, Company
Registration, CA Expenditure, all together we have to keep aside 75.00 Lakh
The above Calculation is an average based on current date, however in competition we may
take order @ 2500 per Mtr or some time expenditure may go up or come down, but an assured
return after all will be close to 6 to 7 Lakh, it depends on us, how we monitor and, reduce the
expenditure, retaining the team, building relation with Contractors, getting job at good rate. Mr
Anil having expertise in this field and knowing many contractors
If we open a separate Division and maintain 3 to 4 Rigs, entire India we can take up contract
and plan for a monthly Return of 30 t0 40 Lakhs, with 3.50 Cr Investment.
Manufacturing Sector:
Office/Staff for marketing first Two to Three months rent, Salary we should keep aside with
working Capital to execute Orders.
Need to take Land on long lease and construct a Shed or we have to take a Shed, if Vaastu
correct. If not will plan for a Shed and Machine.
Average 2 Cr Order per month for first 12 months 24.00 Cr
Gradually increase and reach to 100 Cr level within 5 Years
To start, establish Office, Factory, minimum Machinery, Labor, Working Capital etc and One Rig
Material in Stock etc we need to have a minimum of 3 Cr in hand.
So the first year we can make a Net Profit close to 3 Cr per Year from Service Sector &
Manufacturing and the same we can increase.
