Abstract
We shall be exploring the role of LAN in enhancing
communication, data sharing and productivity in business. It
highlights the facilitation in communicating, resource sharing
and data centralization.
Aim & objectives
Aim: to examine the importance of Local Area Network in a
business environment and its impact on organizational
performance.
Objectives
To identify the benefits of LAN in a business environment.
To investigate the challenges of implementing LAN in a
business setting.
To evaluate the impact of LAN on organizational

Background of Study
With the growing need for communication, data sharing and
collaboration, LAN has become a vital tool for businesses to
stay competitive. It also enables employees to share resources,
access information and communication effectively thereby
