🔹 What is the Scripting Technique?

• Scripting = Writing your desires and goals as if they’ve already

happened.

• It’s like journaling from the perspective of your future self who already
has what you want.

• It uses the Law of Assumption (assuming your desire is already true) +

Law of Attraction (thoughts/words attract reality).

• Purpose: To align your subconscious mind, emotions, and beliefs with

your goals.

🔹 How to Do It (Step by Step)

1 Set the Intention

◦ Be clear on what you want (job, relationship, health, money, peace).

◦ Example: “I want a new job.”

2 Write in Present Tense

◦ Instead of “I will get a job,” write “I am so happy in my new job.”

◦ Treat it like it already exists.

3 Use Emotions & Gratitude

◦ Add feelings: “I feel proud, grateful, and excited every morning at my new
workplace.”

◦ Gratitude amplifies the belief.

4 Be Specific but Natural

◦ Add details to make it believable: “My colleagues are supportive, and my

salary allows me to travel more.”

5 Write Daily or Regularly

◦ Consistency trains your subconscious.

◦ Can be morning routine or before bed.

6 Visualize While Writing

◦ As you script, imagine living it.

◦ The more senses involved, the stronger the alignment.

🔹 Example Script
Suppose your goal = a loving relationship.

✍️Script Example:

“I wake up next to the love of my life every morning. We cook breakfast

together, laugh, and start our day with joy. I feel deeply loved, supported,
and cared for. Every day our bond grows stronger. I am grateful for this
beautiful relationship.”

🔹 Why It Works (Believers’ Perspective)

• Reprograms the subconscious mind → writing reinforces belief.

• Shifts energy & vibration → aligns emotions with desired reality.

• Boosts focus & clarity → keeps you aware of opportunities that match
your goal.

• Gratitude effect → trains the brain to see abundance instead of lack.

🔹 Tips for Effective Scripting

• Always use present tense (“I am” vs “I will”).

• Be positive → focus on what you want, not what you don’t want.

• Include emotions → feeling is the fuel.

• Don’t force it → make it fun, not stressful.

• Believe it’s possible.
