4.1. Proposal.
It is a document that contains the purpose or idea that satisfies the
need or problem that the client presents: This is about
to convince someone that a project can and should be carried out
cable. Many of its elements are important and, in many cases,
mandatory. Above all, you must remember that a proposal for
The project is an argument. If you do not present a logical argument and
viable, it is likely that your proposal will be rejected.

• Random paradigm.
• Open paradigm.
• Synchronized paradigm.
Characteristics of a 'consolidated' team4”:
• It is more productive.

progress, pending issues.
• Administrative Closure: generate, collect, and disseminate information

A format is what allows an application to interpret the data.
raw in a file. In other words, a format is a way of
representation of this data. Many times, the formats of
files are marked in the file name extension: the
three-letter suffix with which the file name ends.
4.2.2 Tools
Project Management is the application of knowledge,
skills, tools, and techniques to the necessary activities for
achieve the project's objectives.
Project management tools are used to provide the
structure, the flexibility and the control necessary for the members of
teamwork to achieve extraordinary results on time and
within the budget.
Additionally, it should be noted that the efficient management of a
project involves the use of specific management processes for
each of the stages of it: initiation, planning, execution,
control and closure.
These tools are characterized by the following:
• The Earned Value Technique is a tool that develops and
integrate the technical parameters, costs, and planning into
a single tool. It is a performance measurement method
widely used in project management, where they are integrated
costs, deadlines, and scope.
• Gantt chart: a basic tool used to make
the planning of a project's work. It is a diagram of
bars that show the origin and the end of the different units
minimum work requirements and the task groups as well as the
dependencies between minimum work units (they can be end-
beginning, end-end, beginning-end, beginning-beginning.

Among the two tools mentioned above, I consider the one of Value.
Livestock of great importance as it allows us to track problems
from the beginning of a project, allowing us to make decisions about
a more critical and timely way.
Tools:
• Redmine. I have used this with some work group and it is very
powerful. It is also open source.
• Teambox.
• Basecamp.

• Wonderkit.
• Project-open. It is free software.
• Trac. It is free software.
• Jira.
• TeamLab. It is one of several tools offered by the company.
• eGroupWare. It is free software. I was using it for a
time at my hospital and I thought it was good. The Service used it.

• Google Docs. Which is now integrated into Google Drive. A
excellent tool that I use daily

• Undo Close Tab.
• WebsiteBlocker.
4.3 Contract
The contract is an agreement of wills, verbal or written, manifested
in common between two or more people with capacity (parts of
contract), which they are bound by virtue of it, regulating their
relations relating to a specific purpose or thing, and to which
compliance can be compelled reciprocally, if the contract
it is bilateral, or compel one party to the other, if the contract is
unilateral.
Anyway, the contract, in general, has a connotation
patrimonial, including partially in those held within the framework
of family law, and it is part of the broader category of
legal business. It is a fundamental function of the contract to generate effects
legal (that is, enforceable obligations), so that to that

Contract management, also known as

suppliers, employees, and other business partners. These partners

parts adhere to the specifications of the agreement.
Although contract management and project management are different,
they often interrelate.
