the moment they are created and during their development.
However, it is usually evident that within the
teamwork always ends up failing, whether due to bad
management of the board or due to the lack of integration of the co-owners,
for them it is important to highlight the importance of teamwork

prosperous middle class of Venezuela in the early decades of the 21st century.

Composition of the Community

which the bosses of it are lawyers, teachers, customs officers,
nurses, military personnel, among others. Most are professionals
university students who earn more than two minimum wages.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Since ancient times, homes have been the shelter and protection of being.
Humans were built to provide security to man; to protect him.
from the elements. And many of these homes are represented by
apartments in residential buildings. Where groups of people that
those who inhabit it represent that social building known as society,
they must learn to respect the ideas of their peers and think about a
better world. The communities of people that make up the areas
common areas, areas of domain or common property, or joint property have
the power to safeguard those common spaces for everyone, to take care of them,

to protect them and to answer for them.

Therefore, the fundamental aspect of neighborhood coexistence or interaction is the

reign of cordiality, respect, and good manners among the

residents of a certain property, building, or housing complex.
an essential element in neighborhood coexistence is communication.

5
In addition to cordiality and respect, communication is important;
exchange phone numbers and email addresses between neighbors,
further tightens the bonds of neighborhood between them; basically in these
times when criminal acts have invaded the privacy of buildings
and residential complexes, neighbors must protect themselves; take care of each other

others. And for this, condominium boards are established, which are
formed by owners who participate voluntarily, it is not given
does not establish any remuneration, therefore the work of this group of
people deserve respect and consideration, support and collaboration from
of the owners. However, these people who sacrifice their time and
their dignity (sometimes they are disrespected), for taking care of things
common. Or they are not supported for the good of all.
The condominium board must focus on resource management.
like the monthly billing of common expenses, the collection of
receipts, the purchase of goods and services, payment to suppliers, keep the
accounting clearly, precisely, and transparently, the management of the Fund of
Reserve, the social benefits of workers, and other tasks and
responsibilities outlined in Article 20 of the Law. However, the
most owners only require these volunteers to perform without
support their managements. It is important to note that each condominium has its own

needs, which must be prioritized for better utilization

of the resources to be applied. It is of fundamental importance that each
owner fulfills their responsibility to contribute with things or
common expenses (paying the condominium bill); this action defines the
life, conservation and maintenance of the building, the homes or complexes
residential.
Similarly, it is necessary and important that all owners
participate in assemblies, events, and decision-making for the proper
management of the board; however, in the majority of residences, there
observe the apathy of its owners, the lack of coordination of work in

6
teams, the discontent with the imposed rules, a situation to which not
escape the Sol de Oro III residence, where despite having neighbors
willing to contribute to the management, there are a large number that do not.
they do not integrate, do not participate and do not contribute to the well-being of all, situation

that many times affects the proper management of the members of the
condominium, and as a consequence, programs for children are falling through.

and common areas; for this reason, it is necessary to bring them workshops.

the importance of the participation of all members is addressed

academic, generating in this way a mutual benefit for the student
and the community, translating this into well-being for society and for the
country. This project aims to study a community and the levels of
participation in this.

tools that strengthen the ties of a community, so that
these can be managed better, reducing problems and increasing

It is ultimately considered appropriate to conclude that theoretically, the

research is relevant given the study and deepening of the subject

delve into theories and models suggested for the projection of personnel

industrial.

THEORETICAL SYNTHESIS

Working in a team involves commitment; it is not just the strategy and the
a procedure that is carried out to achieve common goals. Also
It is necessary for leadership, harmony, responsibility, creativity to exist.
will, organization and cooperation among each of the members. This
the group must be supervised by a leader, who must coordinate the tasks and
to ensure that its members comply with certain rules.
Teamwork always involves a special dynamic that can
vary from group to group and what, in the end, makes that set
of people works or not. Thus, what may serve for a group of

8
persons may not be useful to another. Teamwork also implies
that one can come to know their colleagues more deeply,
knowing their capabilities, their limitations, their way of thinking and of
facing different situations, among others. This becomes very apparent by
example in teamwork carried out in business environments or
even in those that are part of different levels of government in which
many areas and groups of people are required at disposal.
The importance of teamwork is related to the fact that it
is based on ideas such as coexistence, understanding, tolerance, the
respect for others and the group utilization of ideas that individually
perhaps they would not perform in the same way.

According to Rivas (2010), the work team is the group of people

assigned or self-assigned, according to skills and competencies
specific, to achieve a certain goal under the guidance of a
coordinator.
Characteristics of teamwork: · It is a harmonious integration of
functions and activities developed by different people. · For their
implementation requires that responsibilities be shared by
its members. · It needs the activities carried out to be conducted in
coordinated manner. · It requires that the programs planned be done in a team.
aim for a common goal. Learn to work effectively as
the team requires its time, given that skills must be acquired and
special abilities necessary for the harmonious performance of your work.
There are different aspects necessary for proper teamwork,
among them we can mention: effective leadership, that is, having a
process of creating a future vision that takes into account the
interests of the members of the organization, developing a strategy
rationale for approaching that vision, gaining the support of the centers
fundamentals of power to achieve the above and incentivizing people
whose actions are essential to implement the strategy.

9
THE INTEGRATION OF THE GROUP

Human beings by nature have the need to communicate with

their equals since we are born in groups and are part of a
society. The function of groups is to increase understanding,
emit judgments, raise sensitivity, facilitate social relationships and resolve
problems.
Among the factors that affect the success of a group are its
size, special arrangements, papers, rules, as well as their coherence.
These factors will affect the quantity and quality of communication that is
produce, the group's ability to complete what they have imposed on themselves and the
probabilities that your address is effective.
All these factors form the foundations on which the
good functioning of the group will help determine the outcome of the
work carried out.
One of the factors that has the most influence on the flow of the
communication during group meetings, it is eye contact, it is
to say the degree to which group members communicate with their eyes. The
my act of sitting with a group of friends to have a coffee and chat,
can reveal some of the effects of visual communication
According to Rivas (2010), integration is equal to information, coordination,
merger of the members who are to be integrated. The integration process of
the people in a group assume removing selfishness, the coldness towards the other, the
indifference, aggression, the desire to dominate others and to use them
as simple objects.
To achieve integration, sincerity, friendship, trust are required.
collaboration and openness to others.

METHODOLOGY USED

The methodology is the instrument that links the subject with the object of
the research, Without methodology it is almost impossible to reach the logic that
leads to scientific knowledge. In the process of service development
community used a bibliographic comparison methodology and dynamics

Being the bibliographic comparison the review of bibliographic sources that
they address the study topic. And the group dynamics tools used
in the application of workshops for the attention of the groups that participate in
the same.
