1. INTRODUCTION:
The line of thermostated platelet incubators from Presvac models AP-48LT (capacity
for 48 bags) and AP-96LT (capacity for 96 bags) are specially designed for the
storage of platelet concentrates and apheresis platelets at a desired temperature
programmable.

2. GENERAL WARNINGS:
Do not use the equipment for anything other than what is indicated by the manufacturer.

3. RECEIPT, TRANSPORT AND UNPACKING

6. POSITIONING OF THE AGITATOR

First, connect the cable in the incubator located inside at the back.

10. CONDENSATE COLLECTION TRAY

DIGITAL THERMOSTAT CONFIGURATION

TWO CONFIGURATION LEVELS ARE PRESENTED: LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2.

To access LEVEL 1, the following steps must be followed:

15. ALARM PROGRAMMING

The changes in temperature programming automatically alter the programming of the

minimum and maximum alarm.

The minimum alarm value is -4 with reference to the programmed temperature.

The maximum alarm value is +4 in reference to the programmed temperature.

Example:

If the programmed temperature is 21º C, the minimum alarm will activate below 17º C.
(21ºC - 4) and the maximum when the internal temperature exceeds 25ºC. (21ºC + 4)

If we change the operating temperature to 23º C, the alarms will change automatically and the
minimum alarm will be activated below 19º C (23ºC + -4) and the maximum when the
internal temperature exceeds 27ºC. (23º C + 4)
