1. User training and its relation to the phase of
implementation of the system.
The implementation phase of a system of
information starts after performing and
overcome the software tests and finish just right
before putting the system into production.
This phase must ensure the correct installation
and operation of the application, the delivery of
materials required for maintenance and
use of the application and proper training
of the personnel who will execute the functionalities
provided by the system. Figure 1. User Training.
User training can be conducted at any time during the
implementation phase, the moment it takes place depends on the schedule
established for the production deployment of the system and the strategy that will be used
during the training. For example, training may take place in
auditors at the same time that the application is installed on the end devices or that
it is necessary to carry out training at the workplace of each user, for which
it is required that the training process takes place after the installation of
system on all end devices.
It is also possible that, as part of the training strategy, it is required for
the same use of user manuals that can be printed or digital, reason
for which these must be built before the training. All these aspects
they are defined in the training plan.
2. The training plan.
The training plan is a document where the What?, Why?,
What for?, Who?, How?, When?, and With what? of a training. This
document must be constructed between the person responsible for providing the training (many
sometimes the developer himself) and the administration, to ensure the resources
necessary for the fulfillment of the plan.
2.1. Introduction (What).
This section provides a general description of the software and its
main modules and it indicates how the training plan is structured.
The why.
It is expressed why it is necessary to carry out the training process.
of users. It is not the justification of the software, it is the justification of the
training.
2.3 Objectives (The why).
Define the training objectives considering that they are
measurable and achievable.
2.4. User categorization (The who).
User categorization allows identifying groups of people.
with similar interests and skills for a training process
cash.
The actors present in the use case diagrams provide information about the
different system roles and the functionalities or modules they can access,
this allows training people in the use of the functionalities that they will be able to
access. An example of a user categorization table is the following:

2.5. Methodology (The how).
This section describes the strategy that will be employed to
to provide training to users and the way it will be done. It is
It is important at this point to indicate whether the training will be carried out in a ...
in-person and/or virtual, the teaching techniques that will be employed, the
distribution of user groups and the sequence that will be followed among
other aspects.
2.6. Schedule and timing (When).
The training plan must include the work schedule and the timetable.
in which the different activities will take place. This schedule and
Schedule must be agreed upon in advance with the administration.

3.3. Follow the training plan:
•Check compliance with the
proposed objectives in the plan.
Execute the training accordingly
with the groups defined based on
the role and the identified competencies.
Apply the methodology and techniques
defined in the training plan.
Respect the schedule and timetable
established in the training plan.
•Make proper use of the
resources assigned for the
training.

The evaluation of the training is feedback from the users.
about the training process carried out, this can be formal or informal and seeks

The results of the evaluation process must be analyzed and actions must be taken in response to them.
decisions such as the need for another cycle of personalized training or a plan of

It is continuously required to update the training for everyone.
users involved from the organization and the project.

•Follow up on each of the responsibilities assigned to the
end users because each of them must be identified accordingly
