SCHEDULE OF TECHNICAL DATA
Overview
1. The particulars to be given in the Schedules are to allow the Board to understand the quality
of equipment and plant proposed. The information submitted shall not relieve the Contractor
of the need to comply fully with the Specifications. Equipment and plant proposed at the time
of Tender, may only be changed after award, when approved by the S.O.
2. The Tenderer shall propose no more than two (2) technically compliant options for each
equipment or plant. Inclusion of the phrases “TBC“,"OR EQUAL", "EQUAL" after the name
of manufacturers / model / make is not acceptable.
3. With respect to item 2, where options are proposed for any item of equipment or plant, the
Board reserves the right to select either option at the Board’s discretion, without affecting the
Contract Sum.
