GEMDAS is the rule that can be used to simplify or evaluate

Nanay Lydia bought 5 dozens of atis for₱10.00 each. She sold all,
except 5 pieces for₱12.00 [Link] much profit did nanay Lydia make?
[(5x10)+(5x12)]
= (50 + 60)
Group 2. = 110
Five hundred adults and children went to show on Monday. The
admission ticket for each adult was₱20.00 while that for a child
was₱15.00 . If there were 325 children who went to the show, find the
total amount collected by the show that day?
[(500x20)+(325x15)]
= (10,000 + 4,875)

Just for example, A pen cost₱7.00 while a notebook costs thrice as the
cost of the pen Noel bought 5 notebook and 2 pens. He give the cashier
a ₱200.00 .how much change did he get?
200 –[(5x21)+(2x7)]
200 –(105 + 14)
200 – 119
= 81.00
Therefore,noel received₱81.00 as change.
