1. What bedtime would you pick if you could choose?
My brother said he would go to bed at 2 AM. He said that is when
he feels most joy because it is quiet and peaceful. He likes having
time alone and said it helps him feel free. That shows he is an
independent person who enjoys his own space.
2. When are old things better than new things?
My dad said old things are better when they remind you of good
memories. He talked about his old watch from his dad, and I
could tell he felt love. He smiled and said it is not about how
shiny something is, it is about the meaning. That made me see
how caring and loyal he is.
3. What's the story behind your name?
My mom said her name means “hope” in her language. When she
talked about it, she looked proud and full of joy. I could see that
her name is something she really values. She seemed peaceful
and thankful, and it showed me she is a kind person who cares
about her roots.
4. Is it harder for you to eat healthy or get exercise?
My brother said it is harder to exercise. He said he feels anger
when he tries and does not see results. But he also said he wants
to get better, so deep down he feels a little fear and afraid that he
will not reach his goal. That shows me he is trying his best, even
when it is tough.
5. Where would you go if you were going to run away from
home?
My little brother said he had run away to a treehouse. He laughed
and said it would be fun with no school. I saw the joy in his face.
But then he also said he would miss us, which made me think he
would also feel sadness. It showed me he is fun but also full of
love for our family.
6. Would you rather be able to fly or turn invisible?
My uncle said he would rather be invisible. He said sometimes
the world feels too loud, and he wants quiet and peace. That
comes from sadness even a bit of fear. It made me realize he is a
deep thinker who just wants peace sometimes. He is a gentle and
calm person.
