■ Height Maximization Daily Routine (Vegetarian

Indian Lifestyle)

■ Morning (6:00–8:00 AM)


- Wake up early (consistent sleep-wake cycles).
- Stretching (10 min): Cat-cow, cobra stretch, hanging.
- Outdoor activity (20–30 min): Skipping, basketball, sprinting, sunlight for Vitamin D.

■ Breakfast:
- 2–3 boiled eggs OR sprouted moong chilla / besan chilla.
- 1 glass milk (or soy milk).
- 1 fruit (banana, apple, or papaya).
- 5 soaked almonds + 2 walnuts.

■ Midday (School/Lunchbox)

■ Lunch:
- 2 whole wheat rotis / paratha.
- Dal / Rajma / Chole (protein).
- Seasonal vegetables (green leafy preferred).
- Curd / buttermilk.
- Salad (carrot, cucumber, beetroot, tomato).
■ Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

■ Evening (5:00–7:00 PM)


- Sports/Workout (45–60 min).
• Alternate days: sprinting, basketball, cycling, swimming, football.
• Bodyweight: push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, planks.
• Posture drills: wall stretches, yoga poses (Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Surya Namaskar).

■ Post-workout snack:
- Peanut butter + whole wheat bread.
- OR paneer cubes + fruit.
- OR smoothie (milk + banana + soaked dates).

■ Night (Dinner + Sleep)

■ Dinner:
- 2 rotis OR small portion of rice.
- Dal / sambar + 1 sabzi.
- Curd or paneer for protein.
- Leafy greens at least 3x per week.

■■ Sleep routine:
- Bedtime: 10:00–10:30 PM (7–9 hrs deep sleep).
- No phone/TV before bed (melatonin helps deep sleep).

■ Extra Tips
- Maintain good posture (avoid slouching).
- Avoid junk food, smoking, alcohol, excess sugar.
- Stay consistent — growth is gradual but steady.
