Registration on your IELTS test day

You can register for your written tests from 07:00am. Because
registration and security checks take time, please arrive
promptly. Test takers who arrive after 8:45am may not be
allowed to take the test.
You must bring the following items with you:

· Your international passport. (This must be the one


used for registration, and it must be valid on the test
day)
· A photocopy of your international passport (required
only if the details on your ID documents differ from your
registration details and need to be amended)
· Writing materials
· Water in a clear transparent bottle (without a label) –
optional (if required by test taker)

Your personal belongings on test day

Try not to bring any other personal belongings or valuables as the


British Council does not accept liability for safekeeping personal
belongings while you take the tests. Furthermore, we do not allow
candidates to take their mobile phones and watches into the
test room for security reasons.

disrupted, cancelled or delayed we will make every effort to
resume normal services as soon as possible. The British
Council’s liability will be limited to the refund of the registration fee
