Resolution of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG)

Date: July 29, 2024

Subject: Resolution for the Collection of Funds from Students

WHEREAS, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Mamlad High School
recognizes the need for a sustainable funding source to support various student activities,
programs, and initiatives that enhance the educational experience;

WHEREAS, the SSLG aims to foster leadership, community engagement, and student
development through organized events and projects;

WHEREAS, the SSLG has determined that a nominal fee of 50 pesos per student will serve as
the primary source of funding for the organization;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the SSLG proposes the collection of 100 pesos from
each student enrolled at Mamlad High School for the purpose of establishing a fund to support
SSLG activities;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be presented to the parents and
guardians of the students for their approval and signature, indicating their consent to the
collection of the aforementioned fee;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funds collected will be managed transparently and utilized
solely for the benefit of the student body, with regular reports provided to the students and
parents regarding the allocation and use of these funds.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we, the undersigned members of the Supreme Secondary Learner
Government, do hereby adopt this resolution on this day, July 29, 2024.
