Indicators (KPIs)
HR Department – SkilledForce Remote Talent Solutions

Date: August 24, 2025

1. Introduction

At SkilledForce, our Virtual Assistants (VAs) are crucial members of our team, ensuring that
clients receive high-quality services, including job applications, LinkedIn connections, and
interview coordination. The following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are designed to
provide clarity on the expectations and benchmarks that VAs should aim for in their role. These
KPIs allow us to measure performance, track progress, and ensure that VAs are aligned with
company objectives.

2. KPIs Overview

The KPIs for Virtual Assistants at SkilledForce are divided into four key areas:

1. Jobs Applied
2. LinkedIn Connections (DM and ER)
3. Interviews Secured
4. Client and Reporting Responsibilities

Each area is outlined in detail below:

3. KPIs for Virtual Assistants

3.1 Jobs Applied

 Objective: The VA must apply for a set number of jobs each week on behalf of the
assigned clients.
 Weekly Target: 25 jobs per client per week
o Measurement: Total number of job applications submitted each week.
o Expected Performance: VAs should submit a minimum of 25 job applications
per client each week. This target may vary slightly based on client needs, but
consistency is essential.
3.2 LinkedIn Connections (DM and ER)

 Objective: VAs are responsible for creating and growing a network of relevant LinkedIn
connections, both with Decision Makers (DMs) and Executive Recruiters (ERs).
 Weekly Target:
o DM Connections: 100 per week per client
o ER Connections: 100 per week per client
o Measurement: Total number of connections made with decision-makers and
executive recruiters in the assigned client’s target industries.
o Expected Performance: VAs should aim to make 100 DM connections and 100
ER connections each week. This supports the client's networking goals and
enhances their professional reach.

3.3 Interviews Secured

 Objective: The VA plays a crucial role in scheduling and securing interviews for the
clients they support.
 Weekly Target: 2 interviews per client per week
o Measurement: The number of interviews successfully secured for the client each
week.
o Expected Performance: VAs should strive to secure a minimum of 2 interviews
per client each week through outreach, profile optimization, and follow-ups. This
includes increasing engagement with recruiters and decision-makers and ensuring
the client is well-prepared for interviews.

3.4 Client and Reporting Responsibilities

 Objective: The VA is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with the

client and submitting timely weekly reports.
 Weekly Report Submission: VAs must submit a comprehensive report on a designated
day each week detailing:
o Number of jobs applied
o Number of LinkedIn connections made (DM and ER)
o Interviews secured
o Any other relevant notes regarding the client’s progress
 Expected Performance: Reports should be submitted on time and accurately by the
designated date each week. This allows for effective tracking of progress and ensuring
transparency with clients.
4. Additional Key Expectations

1. Communication & Client Engagement:

o Maintain professional communication with clients and team members.
o Keep clients updated on the status of job applications, connections, and interview
outcomes.
2. Adherence to Client Needs:
o Ensure that the jobs applied for are aligned with the client's preferences and career
goals.
o Tailor LinkedIn outreach and connections based on the client’s target industries.
3. Time Management:
o Consistently meet weekly KPIs while balancing client demands and
administrative tasks.

5. Performance Monitoring

Each VA’s performance is reviewed periodically based on the KPIs outlined above. Regular
feedback will be provided to help VAs meet targets and identify areas for improvement.

 Weekly Reports will be assessed for consistency and accuracy.

 Monthly Reviews will evaluate overall performance against the KPIs, taking into
account external factors such as client feedback and job market changes.

6. Conclusion

At SkilledForce, we aim to foster an environment where our Virtual Assistants can grow
professionally and contribute to the success of our clients. By adhering to the above KPIs, VAs
will have clear guidelines on how to meet expectations, measure success, and continuously
improve their performance.

For any questions or concerns regarding KPIs, please reach out to the HR department for
clarification or additional guidance.
