Job Summary:
Seeking a Python Full Stack Developer with 2 years of experience in front-end and back-end development. This role
involves building and maintaining web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and smooth user
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop secure, scalable web applications using Python, Django/Flask, and front-end tech.
- Build both front-end and back-end components, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.
- Optimize databases for performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow agile practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask), front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/[Link]).
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, ORM tools, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps (Jenkins, Ansible).
- Knowledge of Agile, ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
Must-Have Qualities:
- Leadership skills, adaptability, and a quick learning ability.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and JavaScript/Java/Python.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
