Recommendations by the Prophet (PBUH) (Noble Hadith)
Learning Objectives
● Read the noble Hadith properly and memorize it..

● To explain the importance of applying recommendations of the Prophet set out in this hadith
for Muslims in the worldly lives and in the Hereafter
I Answer the following questions after reading the given Hadith.
:ﷲ ﷺ َﯾ ْوﻣًﺎ َﻓ َﻘﺎ َل ِ ُول ﱠ
ِ ف َرﺳ َ ت َﺧ ْﻠ ُ ﱠﺎس َﻗﺎ َل ُﻛ ْﻧ ٍ ْن َﻋﺑ ِ َﻋ ِن اﺑ
َﻤ َﻌﺖ َﻋ َﻠﻰ أَنَاﺣ ﮴ ُٔ ْ ْﻟ َﺖ َوأ َْﻋ َﻠﻢ أ ََّنَٔ ِٕا َذا َﺳ،ﺎﻫ َﻚ
اﻻ َّﻣﺔ ﻟﻮ ْ﮳ ُ ِ﮳ﺤَ ِﻆ اﻟ َّﻠ َﻪ ﮴اﺣ َ﮲
َ َ﮳ﺤُﺪه ﮴ ْ ،ﻈﻚﺤ ﮲ﻆ اﻟﻠﻪ ﮵اﺣ َ﮲
ْ :ﺎت ٍ ﮵ﻰ أ ََﻋ ِ ّﻠ ُﻤ َﻚ َ ِﳇ َﻤّ ِﺎ ُ﮲ﻋ َﻼ ُم ِٕاَ" ﮵
﮲
َ ُﻌ َ﮲ ﮲َ َﻤ َﻌﺖ َﻋ َﻠﻰ أَن ﮵َاﺣ ﮴
ﻮك ﮲ﺼﺮوك َو ْاﻋ َﻠﻢ أ ََن ا ٔﻻﻣﺔ ﻟﻮ ْ﮳ﻤﻌﻮا ﻋﻠﻰ أن ﮵اﺣ ﮳ ﮳ ٍ ِ ﻌ َ ٕ ﮳ َ﮲ْ َِﺴ ﮵ﻰ ٍء َﻟﻢ ﮵ﻮك ﮳ ﮵
ّ و ٕان ﮴، ُﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻚَ َﺪ َﻛ ﮴َ ﮶ِﺴ ﮵ﻰء ﮴ ﻮك ِاﻻ ُ ُﻌ َ ﮶ ْ ْ َ ﮲ َ﮲ ﮲َ
(ﺮﻣﺬياﻟ ﻼم ﮳ﻌﺖ ا ٔﻻ ﮴ ﮲ر، َﻚاﻟﻠﻪ َﻋ َﻠ ﮵ ﺪ ﮳ِﺴ ﮵ﻰ ٍء ﮴ﻮك ِٕاﻻ ﮳ َ ُﻌ َ﮲ ْ﮲َ ﮶ِﺴ ﮵ﻰ ٍء َﻟ ْﻢ ﮵﮳
) رواه ﮴ "ﺖ اﻟﺼﺤﻒوﺣ ﮲ ْ ُ ﻪﻛ ﮴ ﮶
Ibn Abbās, said: “I was riding behind the Messenger of Allah, one day and he said: "O young!
I will instruct you in some matters. Be mindful of Allah, and He will protect you. Be mindful of
Allah, and He will be ever with you. If you beg, beg of Him alone; and if you need assistance,
supplicate to Allah alone for help. And remember that if all the people gather to benefit you, they will
not be able to benefit you except that which Allah had foreordained for you; and if all of them gather
to do harm to you, they will not be able to afflict you with anything other than that which Allah had
predestined against you. The pens had been lifted and the ink had dried up." [Narrated by al-Tirmidhī]
Q1. What did the Prophet ﷺsay to Ibn Abbas at the beginning of the Hadith?
Prophet ﷺsaid, "O young boy! I shall teach you some words."
[Link] does "Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you" mean?
It means if you follow Allah’s commands and stay away from His prohibitions, He will protect
and guide you.
Q3. What is meant by “You will find Him with you”?
It means Allah will be with you through His help, support, and guidance in all situations.
Q4. What are the five great recommendations by Prophet ﷺthat constitute an approach for
every muslim in their lives?
1. Be mindful of Allah, and he will protect you
2. Be mindful of Allah, and he will be ever with you
3. If you ask, ask Allah alone.
4. And if you need assistance, supplicate to Allah alone for help.
5. And remember that if all the people gather to benefit you, they will not be able to benefit you
except that which Allah had foreordained for you, and if all of them gather to do harm to you,
they will not be able to afflict you with anything other than that which Allah had predestined
against you.

ﺳﺘَ ِﻌﻦْ ﺑِ ﱠ Then seek help from Allah
ﺖ ْاﻷَ ْﻗ َﻼ ُم
ِ ُرﻓِ َﻌ The pens have been lifted
ُاﻟﺼ ُﺤﻒ
ﺖ ﱡ ِ َو َﺟﻔﱠ The pages have dried
