Introduce yourself
Thank you for having me. My name is Phương. I am a third year student at Hanoi Pedagogical
University 2. I am very excited to be interviewed for the English Teaching position.
2. Teaching experience and educational background
I have been teaching English as a foreign language for the past 5 months and I have taught students
of various ages, background, and skill levels and I have experience as an English teaching assistant
for 6 months. These experiences have allowed me to understand the importance of
personalized instruction and fostering a positive learning environment.
3. Why you phù hợp với công việc?
“I am quite active in movement activities and have participated in English speech contests at
university. With the desire to improve my language skills through teaching activities, I chose to work
as an English teaching assistant as a first step to help myself pursue this goal."
4. “In the next 2 years, I want to become an English teacher. Through this job, it not only helps me
practice and improve my English but also increases opportunities for contact and
communication between people. These things are very necessary for a teacher.”
5. Why I should hire you?
I consider myself as an ambitious girl bcs I have always set myself goals and it motivates me to work
hard. I also can work well under pressure. On top of that, I have confidence in my communication
skills, presentation skills and teamwork skills
Weaknesses: To be honest, sometimes I am a bit careless. To overcome this weakness, I often
double check my work
