Instructions:
1 Sub-user of an agency should be created for electricity distribution offices or group users, like EPZ,
subject to the request of that agency. Agency users may request by email to [Link]@[Link]
2 Multiple data entry for the same project should be strongly prohibited.
3 Agency users or related sub-agency users may edit the entry any time before the ‘Completed and
Running’ mode. For the ‘Completed and Running’ mode, users can generally edit up to one year from
the data insert date.
4To get special edit permission for 15 days, the user may write an email to [Link]@[Link]
mentioning the SID number and reason for the edit.
5Once a SID is generated by your data entry, you cannot delete it. You may update it with the correct
data.
6 Onlythe ‘Completed and Running’ and ‘Under Maintenance’ data will be added to the live report, and
the rest of the data will be available only in the database section.
7 To change or add agency users, an official request letter must be issued to the Chairman, SREDA,
giving a scanned copy to [Link]@[Link].
8 To change or add sub-agency users, agency users should request [Link]@[Link].
9 To add a new finance category, agency users should request [Link]@[Link].
10There is a public comment section in the details of every large project entry. If any discrepancy is
founded by the viewer of this site, they may place their comments through mobile number verification.
Public comments will be delivered to the respective agency users and SREDA.
11 If financing, EPC, OPEX Owner data is not inserted into any entry, the related company or
organization may claim through the public comments option and contact with agency user over the
phone. For EPC and OPEX Owner, stakeholder ID ([Link] must need to be provided
with these comments.
12 If you think that some of the junk renewable energy data are missing in the database, give your
proposal to [Link]@[Link] to add those data into NDRE with the proposed name of the
related Government Organization to take responsibility as an agency user.
