The agreement may be terminated by written notification from either party. Scottmanning.com is not liable for production delays resulting from problems with hosting companies, technical issues, or delays caused by the client. This limits Scottmanning.com's responsibilities to only cover delays within their direct control, ensuring a clear boundary of accountability .
The 'Governing Law' section indicates that the agreement and any disputes arising under it will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. This establishes the legal framework and jurisdiction for resolving any issues related to the agreement .
