Instruction: Arrange the scrambled letters of each number. Write your answers on
the lines provided and answer the questions that follow.

1. c I t a m g a r p → pragmatic
I think this is the word that best match. I am just confused with the
(I),
because it is in a big letter form. Knowing big letters are always at
the
beginning of the words.
2. d a i o i a e t I n → ideational
3. h c e p e s → speech
4. l a g i e p g a o d → pedagogical
This is the best match, only that letter (c) looks missing in the
scramble.
5. s c I s y t i t l i → stylistic

1. Were you able to solve the puzzle in a minute? Why?

Yes. I could solve most of the puzzle quickly because the words are very familiar to
me and I already encountered it in most of my subjects. Two scrambled groups had
letters that suggested the intended words but seemed to miss or swap one letter,
so I needed a little extra thought for those.

2. After arranging those words above, were you able to get it right? Why?
Yes. The arranged words make sense together, they are words used in language
and teaching topics which I always encounter with most of my major subjects.
Where letters looked off, I chose the most likely correct word based on context. If
the original letter sets are exact, one or two might need a small fix.

3. Are you familiar with those words? Why and how?

Yes.
• I know pragmatic — it implied meaning beyond words. I have
encountered it in tackling our last module.
• I know ideational — it relates to ideas or thinking. It was discussed of
course during the last meeting of this subject and this is still fresh in my mind.
• I know speech — it means talking or a talk given to people; it is
common in daily life and school.
• I know pedagogical — it means about teaching or how to teach; I
learned it in education topics, especially in PROF ED Subjects.

• I know stylistic — it is about style, especially writing; I learned it here in

our subject.
