Original ST / SC / SEBC Certificates from revenue officer not below rank of Tahasildar/Additional Tahasildar. For ST applicant, his/her father’s caste certificate
6 may be taken into consideration. Land passbook authenticated by Tahasildar/Additional Tahasildar may also be taken as a proof of caste in absence of caste
certificate.
7 Original NCC Certificate from the Group Commandant / Camp Commandant.
8 Original Migration Certificate for the applicant from other Boards except CHSE, Orissa.
