Reflective Notes on Development Plan
In the implementation of my Development Plan for School Year 2024–2025, I have
reflected on my professional growth and the challenges I encountered. One of my
primary goals was to enhance my teaching strategies to make learning more
engaging and responsive to the diverse needs of my learners. To address this, I
attended relevant LAC (Learning Action Cell) sessions, participated in professional
development seminars, and collaborated with colleagues to share best practices.
I recognize that technology integration remains both an opportunity and a
challenge. While I have improved in utilizing digital platforms to support
instruction and assessment, I also see the need for continuous practice to
maximize their potential in fostering student-centered learning.
I also committed to strengthening my classroom management strategies and
inclusive practices. Through consistent reflection, I realized that positive
reinforcement, differentiated instruction, and establishing clear routines
significantly contribute to creating a supportive learning environment.
Moving forward, I plan to sustain these gains by engaging in more peer
observations, seeking feedback from both mentors and students, and
continuously updating my teaching resources. My development plan has guided
me to become more intentional in setting professional goals and monitoring my
progress, ensuring that my growth as a teacher ultimately benefits my learners.
