PROPOSAL FOR ROUTINE
Live according to natural cycles
Get up between 05:30 hrs. and
07:30 AM
Wake up naturally, through the clock

Deep teeth cleaning, with

Drink a glass or a few sips of water

Late afternoon, meditation.
DINNER BETWEEN 18:00 HRS. AND 19:00 HRS. (NOT DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME).
Light dinner (no chatting). Suck on the teeth.
Stay seated for 5 minutes after the
dinner.
Short walk to aid digestion (15
minutes).
Go to bed between 9:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
(NO DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME).
In the evening, little activity. Do not read or watch.
television in bed. (next time maybe).
Try to go to bed, if possible between the hours
mentioned (not before three hours later
from dinner).
Short walk to aid digestion (5 to 10
minutes).
