TECHNICAL AND PRODUCTION RIDER

SPECIAL FOR ROCK IN RIO

This rider is an integral part of the contract for the show with the band Sepultura.
, together with the contract, must be initialed and signed by
contracting party on all pages. No item of this contract can be
altered without the authorization of the band's tour manager André Dellamanha,
Tel. (11) 8772-6300. E-mailandretours@[Link].

This rider has aspects to be used by the band, all listed

in detail in the following pages, such as:

Lighting (equipment and maps)

For the execution of the event, the following will be necessary:

Sound passage
The Sepultura, just like the Tambour of the Bronx, will be available one day.
before the festival, or even on the morning of the show. A soundcheck for
this project would be of EXTREME importance. I await the
confirmation.

Cloaks:
Three dressing rooms will be needed for the event: one for the band Sepultura.
(12 people), one for the Tambour do Bronx (17 people) and one for the
technical team (10 people). Both must be supplied with the lists
individual dressing rooms found in this rider. The dressing rooms are for use
EXCLUSIVE to Sepultura and no one else. It is also strictly
smoking is prohibited in the areas and surroundings of the dressing room. Both must
lock counters and their keys delivered to the band's producer. The
dressing rooms must be delivered CLEAN right at the time of arrival of the
technical teams of the band. Each dressing room must contain:
CLEAN AND STERILIZED bathrooms for use only by the bands;
Paper towels and toilet paper;
Various electrical points with extensions;
Furniture: tables, chairs, sofas sufficient for 10 people each;
Mirrors;
Trash cans

3-) Security:
Rock in Rio agrees to provide professional security for the
event. Such security personnel should be located in the following areas
designated, in addition to screening the public before their entry into the venue
show, preventing dangerous objects from entering the premises:

On the truck, during unloading and loading time;

- At house mix (sound and light table);
Dressing room doors;
All backstage areas and rear entrances of the event venue;
Stairs and ramps for stage access;
One security guard every two meters of barricade.

Fan invasions on stage will not be tolerated under penalty of interruption.

4-) Barricades:
The barricades are mandatory. The doors will not be opened without
security barricades, which must be positioned at most at
two (02) meters away from the stage. Improvised barricades like
Box truss, etc., will not be accepted. The band's producer will have the right to
cancel the presentation if it does not comply with the barricade
provided.

6-) Credentials and access:

All credentials must be controlled by the band's producer and
delivered to him upon his arrival at the show venue. To
only artists and their technical teams will have access backstage, in addition to

the band reserves the right to change the positioning of the house-mix if

A minimum of 08 chargers is required upon the arrival of the truck.
