EXCELLENCE PROGRAM
OBJECTIVES

GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE EXCELLENCE PROJECT:

To be a Pentecostal church, healthy and purposeful, of missiological excellence, personal,
administrative and meeting spaces to glorify our Great God and Savior Jesus Christ.

PARTICULAR OBJECTIVE OF MISSIONARY EXCELLENCE:

To lead people to Jesus Christ to baptize them in His name, for them to receive the Holy Spirit and...
turn them into family members, seeking their development so that they reach maturity
to make them resemble Christ and then be equipped for their ministry in the church and for the
mission of their life in the world, in such a way that they glorify the name of our Lord
Jesus Christ with Excellence.

Specific objectives:
Community evangelization.
Worship in the crowd.

4. Discipleship of the committed.
5. Lay ministries and officials.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE OF PERSONAL EXCELLENCE:

To be a devoted Christian, with spiritual health to live fully in harmony with oneself.

OVERVIEW OF THE EXCELLENCE PROGRAM

Having completed the period of the previous program Apostolic Mission 2000, by agreement of the
General Convention, the highest decision-making body of the Apostolic Church of Faith in Christ
Jesus, it was arranged that according to our Constitution, the Board of Directors of the Church,
will implement the strategies that were to govern its activities in the years
subsequent.

Thus the Excellence Project is born, which as its name indicates, is a research project.

It is important to mention that we are primarily addressing the purposes of Excellence.

Missionology and Administrative Excellence, and indirectly with these two.

We are aware that the research will broaden our perspective that can lead us to a
very effective replanning, structural, as well as the abandonment of some strategies that were
at the time, but we need to renew them by updating ourselves missionologically, which is why
this project requires three fundamental commissions:

1. Commission for Bibliographic and Field Research. This commission, in addition to making
the respective investigations and evaluate what has been found as a Theological Commission, which
is at the same time directed by the Christian Education Secretariat, produces materials
adapting the principles found to our institutional identity.
2. Programming Commission. The Executive Board of the Church, led by the Bishop
President, prepare the annual programs, where you outline the innovations,
presenting them to the Episcopal Meeting for approval. After this, it is done
mandatory for all congregations of our Church. Currently the
Members of the Board of Directors are: President, Rev. Eleazar Reyes Rodríguez;
Secretario
of Christian Education, Rev. Efrén Rodríguez López; Secretary of Evangelization,
Rev. Samuel Sánchez Armenta; Secretary of International Missions, Rev. Víctor
Manuel López Cárdenas and Secretary of Social Assistance, Rev. Salvador Sánchez
Landero.
3. Constitutional Commission for the Transition. This commission must study the feasibility
on innovations according to our current constitutional structure and will work
to spread the importance of the necessary constitutional reforms for the
update and viability of innovative ideas.
