Week 1 – Foundations (Days 1–7)


🎯 Goal: Understand the basics of SAFe and Agile at scale.

 Day 1–2:
o Visit the SAFe website → Explore the Big Picture.
o Read “Introduction to SAFe” article.
o Watch a YouTube intro: “What is SAFe?” (Scaled Agile channel).
