 The name of the festival is Go Thap Festival.


 It is celebrated twice a year, in March and November (lunar calendar).

2. Location

 It is celebrated in Go Thap area, Thap Muoi District, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam.

3. Reasons

 The festival is important because it honors two national heroes: Thien Ho Duong and Doc
Binh Kieu.
 It helps people remember their bravery and sacrifice for the country.
4. Activities

 People take part in ceremonies, parades, traditional games, and folk singing.
 There are also lion dances and visits to historical sites.

 Nha Trang is a coastal city in the south of Vietnam. It is in Khanh Hoa province
 It is famous for beaches and islands
2. Population and Size
 It is a medium-sized city. The population is over 500,000 people.
 It is sometimes crowded, especially in tourist season.
3. Famous places/ Landmarks
 Nha Trang is famous for beautiful beaches.
 There are many attractions like Ponagar Tower, Long Son Pagoda, VinWonders, and the
Oceanographic Institute.
4. Transportation
 People use motorbikes, boats, taxis, and bicycles. Tourists often walk or ride bikes to
relax.
 It is easy to get around.
5. Amenities
 There are many hotels, restaurants, malls, schools, and hospitals. Services for tourists are
very good.

 Life in Nha Trang is both busy and relaxing because this is a tourist city and famous,

I like Nha Trang because it is beautiful and exciting. The people are friendly and helpful. It’s a

You often ask me: How is your hometown? Therefore, I want to invite you to visit my hometown
on this summer holiday.

Today, I’m writing this letter to invite you to visit my hometown, it is Hong Ngu district, Dong
Thap province.

We will start the trip at 8:00 A.M on this Saturday. We will depart from Tan Viet Hoa dormitory
and finish at my village. The distance from the dormitory to my house is about 60 kilometers, so
we will travel there by motorbike. It takes about 2 hours to get there.
On the way to my hometown, you can see many beautiful rice fields, lotus ponds, and the gentle,
poetic Tien river. I believe you will really enjoy the peaceful and natural scenery.
When you arrive, you will meet my family and friendly local people. You can also enjoy
delicious local food and the peaceful countryside life. My mother cooking very delicous, I think
you will like the food my mother cooks.
