PERSPECTIVES, SHADES AND SHADOW
TERMINOLOGIES:
TVP- Temporary Vanishing Point
A Point where station point intersects with the picture plane.
RVP- Right Vanishing Point
LVP- Left Vanishing Point
PP- Picture Plane, The imaginary plane corresponding to the surface of a picture,
perpendicular to the viewer's line of sight.
THL – True Height Line ( reference true height line projected from elevation and
reference origin point of object that touches the picture plane.
HL - HORIZON LINE
A line where where the VP and MP is located.
GL - GROUND LINE
it is used to determine accurate vertical measurements in perspective, always
parallel to the horizon line.
SP - STATION POINT
Is the distance at which you are standing in a given scene or looking at an object.
