About ARC 2025

The 7th Annual Research Conference (ARC 2025) is a two-day mega event bringing together
700+ undergraduate and postgraduate participants from across Pakistan.

ARC 2025 includes keynote sessions, plenaries, poster/oral presentations, competitions,


workshops, and a gala dinner for networking.

1️⃣ Research Quiz Competition


Eligibility:

●​ Open to both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students of medical and allied
health sciences.​

●​ Teams must consist of 3 members from the same or different institutions.​

Registration:

●​ Fee: Rs. 3500/person → Rs. 10,500/team​

●​ Each participant must provide full details:​

○​ Name, Institution, Program (UG/PG), Year of Study, Email, Contact Number.​

Format:
●​ Preliminary Round (MCQs & Short Questions)​

●​ Semi-Final (Interactive Case-based questions)​

●​ Final Round (Rapid Fire & Buzzer Round)​

Judging Criteria:

●​ Accuracy of answers​

●​ Time management​

●​ Team coordination​

2️⃣ Research Drill Competition


Eligibility:

●​ Open to UG & PG students with an interest in applied research.​

●​ Each team must have 4 participants.​

Registration:

●​ Fee: Rs. 3500/person → Rs. 14,000/team​

Format:

●​ Teams will be assigned real-world research scenarios.​

●​ They will need to:​

1.​ Formulate a research question​

2.​ Design methodology​

3.​ Outline data analysis plan​


4.​ Present feasibility & ethical considerations​

3️⃣ Research Showcase


Eligibility:

●​ Open for innovative projects, prototypes, or unique healthcare solutions.​

●​ Can be individual or team-based.​

Registration:

●​ Fee: Rs. 3500/person (onsite) / Rs. 2500 (online)​

Guidelines:

●​ Participants must submit a summary (max 500 words) describing their work.​

●​ Synopsis, Posters, prototypes, videos, or software can be showcased.​

●​ Research Posters will be displayed for Sypopsis​

●​ Selected projects canl be given booth/stage time.​

4️⃣ Poster Presentation


Eligibility:

●​ Open to students & faculty (UG/PG).​

●​ Maximum 7 authors per abstract.​

Registration:

●​ Onsite Fee: Rs. 3500/head​

●​ Online Fee: Rs. 2500/head​

●​ Group Discounts:​

○​ 3 members = Rs. 10,000​

○​ 5 members = Rs. 16,000​

○​ 7 members = Rs. 22,000​

Submission Requirements:

●​ Abstract Title & Structured Abstract (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion).​

●​ Presenting Author + Co-authors (with emails & institutions).​

●​ If primary presenter unavailable → 2nd presenter must be nominated.​

Poster Guidelines:

●​ Size: A1 (Portrait)​
●​ Font: Clear, legible (minimum size 18)​

●​ Must include: Title, Authors, Institution, Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion,


References, Acknowledgments.​

●​ QR codes can be added for supplementary data.​

●​ Scientific content​

●​ Clarity of presentation​

5️⃣ Oral Presentation


Eligibility:

●​ Open to students & faculty (UG/PG).​

●​ Maximum 7 authors per abstract.​

Registration:

●​ Onsite Fee: Rs. 3500/head​

●​ Online Fee: Rs. 2500/head​
