The observed lesson was engaging, well structured, and appropriate for kids learners
aged 3 to 4 years old. The teacher began with an activity that captured students’
attention and gave clear instructions, supported by varied tone of voice, gestures, and
examples. However, a few students were not paying attention, and the teacher could
have encouraged them to participate in the activity together. Her varied tone of voice
was helpful for students to follow each instruction. Also the examples that she gave
before every presentation were supportive for students, they felt more confident.
These strategies helped students understand what to do and encouraged their
participation. For example. When some students were speaking loudly, she used a
strategy to regain their attention and smoothly continued with the instructions.
Regarding classroom management, the teacher handled distractions in a positive
way, using a playful resource like “tap, tap” to regain attention without being harsh.
She also incorporated simple materials, like a small cloth, to play games, which kept
the children’s attention and made the activity fun. It was also observed that she

which allow them to open their minds and explore their abilities. This type of activities

the class was creative, well structured, and resulted in meaningful learning for the
students. Time was managed efficiently, and the teacher closed the session with
feedback that highlighted the main topic.
