*All of the meeting participants from various countries have been present in the meeting
room except Indonesian
China: “Where is this Indonesian guy? It’s almost 5 minutes.”
Malaysia: “Maybe there is a problem. Let’s wait for another 2 minutes.”
Japan: “He doesn’t value our time.”
America: “Ay guys, It’s alright, he may have some technical difficulties, just wait for
another couple minutes. He’ll come”
*Indonesian guy join the meeting
Indonesia: “Good afternoon gentlemen. I thank you for waiting and I am really sorry for
the delay caused by technical difficulties. Well, let’s get straight to the point. My name is
Najmi Iqbal Hanif from RACH Corporation, the reason I invited all of you here is to offer
an investment in the company that we have been running for these 10 years. Our
company is engaged in fast food production such as instant noodles, french fries,
sausages, and many others. So, let me know what is your opinion about this and
whether you are willing to make this investment or not. Let’s start from Mr. Haikal
Atmajati from DHL Company.”
*Germanic guy gives a response, he agree and he’s gonna make a deal
Germany: “Thanks Mr. Hanif for giving me time to speak. About the investment, I want
to talk a bit about our company. Our company is engaged in delivery and logistic courier
so we would like to make an offer to RACH corporation to only use our services in terms
of expanding the market overseas.”
Indonesia: “Thank you Mr. Haikal. Next, let’s hear some response from Mr. Fakhri Reza
from Food Market Hub.”

Malaysia: “Thank you Mr. Hanif for giving me time to speak. I agree with RACH corp. I
think your business is promising. as our company is also engaged in food and
beverages. Therefore, our companies both have something in common and can work
well together.”
Indonesia: “Alright thank you Mr. Reza. Next, let’s hear some response from Mr. Aziz
Lababan from ADNO Company.”

UAE: “Assalamualaikum. Thank you Mr. Najmi. In order to expand our business and
improve the welfare of our employees, we are pleased to announce our agreement to
cooperate with the country of Indonesia in the food sector. Our company, ADNOC, as
one of the leading petroleum company owners in the UAE, sees tremendous potential
and quality in the Indonesian food industry.”
Indonesia : “Ok thank you Mr. Aziz. Next Mr. Giovanni from Yper Inc Company.”
*Japanese guy feel disappointed because the Indonesian guy came late as the host
Japan: “Thank you Mr Najmi for giving me your time. Before expressing my opinion, I
feel disappointed with the host who arrived late because from my culture time is very
important and when everyone is present on time in the meeting then I assume that the
person is serious about this meeting. In this meeting, I did not see the seriousness of
the host in conducting this meeting. Therefore, I apologize for rejecting the offer you
have given.”
Indonesia: “Previously I would like to thank Mr. Giovanni for agreeing to attend this
meeting, and I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Well, next Mr
Azzuro from Amazon, Inc.”
*American guy gives a response, he agree and he’s gonna make a deal
America: “Alright. Thank you. Mr. Najmi. So I did some background checks on your
company and I think that your company is legit and I've tasted your foods like the
sausage, the french fries.. I'm not gonna lie, it's a 10/10. But with all due respect, Mr.
Najmi, your company is still below your rivals.. and I see that’s because your company
is lack of advertising. That's why, about this investment I'd like to make an offer. As you
know, in Amazon we’re not only focusing on e-commerce, we’re also focusing on online
advertising, therefore since your company is running on fast food. We'd like to invest in
your company cus like I said, your company is legit, your food is appetizing and you use
our services to advertise your products. If you do agree with that, we’ll talk further
details about this investment later. Just don't be late for the next meeting.”
Indonesia: “Ohh thank you I'm pleased you tried our food, I hope we can work well
together in the future in terms of promotion and sales. Next Mr. Rizky Riza Fahrezi as a
CEO of China National Petroleum, is there any opinion or response, sir?”
*Chinese guy gives a response. He feel disrespected because the person he meet is
not the leader of the company
China: “Ok. First, let me ask you. Who is the boss here?”
Indonesia: “The boss isn’t coming, sir. So I am here to represent him.”
China: ”Well.. there is an important thing that you need to pay attention to when you
want to do business with Chinese people. As a Chinese person, when I have an
important meeting especially related to business like this, but what I meet here is not the
high-ranking official from the company, then I can feel disrespected. This is not about
vanity. It is about our tradition. So, because of that reason, I am sorry I am not going to
make any deals with you guys. Thank you, good afternoon.”
Indonesia: “ Firstly I apologize for the inconvenience you experience sir, i promise that
as a representative for RACH Corporation, you will not experience this again. Thank
you for your suggestion sir.”

Indonesia: “Alright gentlemen thank you for all your response. Let me give the
conclusion of this meeting. So there are three countries that agree and will invest in our
