PRC RIZAL CHAPTER PASIG-PATEROS BRANCH COMMITMENT TO SAFETY:

To ensure that our staff, instructors and participants are all safe, Pasig-Pateros Branch of Rizal
Chapter implemented the following safety protocols:

➢ All personnel and guests/participants entering are asked to sign in the logbook and present a valid ID
to facilitate a faster response in case the need arises.
➢ Participant should present himself/herself to the instructor in-charge of checking/verifying the
participant’s name on the list.
➢ Participant are requested to sit occupying the front seats/chair first, so as to avoid being
disrupted by participants who will come in later.
➢ Participants are highly encouraged to bring packed food to minimize time queuing in buying
food outside the premises. Personal utensils and water bottles are also required since the
training room has a water dispenser available for participant use.
➢ Since the training room is air-conditioned, 30mins of open windows and electric fans to exhaust
stale air will be implemented during lunch time.
➢ No parking space available in Red Cross premises, you can park at Estancia Mall across Philippine
Red Cross with a corresponding parking fee.
➢ Mixed group training wherein participants join other participants from different facilities,
each participant is expected to pay the amount of Php 2,300.00.

TRAINING RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Participants are expected to report during the whole training on or before 9:00am, (a grace period of 15 minutes is
allotted per day). Late comers will be dropped from the course regardless of the reason.
2. In case the participant will not be able to make it on the scheduled training date, he/she is required to attend the
next training session or find someone as a replacement.
3. Participants are expected to be in proper training attire (T-shirt, rubber shoes, long pants)
i. DONT’S: hanging shirts, Sleeveless shirt, Plunging neckline, Sando, Walking shorts/Pedal pants, Sandals, &
Slippers.
ii. NOTE: As much as possible, bring extra shirt as necessary.
4. Passing grade/ points (knowledge and skills) for each training course (FA & BLS) is 75%.
5. Certification shall be given after the training
6. Certificate of Completion (COC) or the ID’s together with a certification, will be issued for those who satisfactory
finished the training at the end of the training day.
7. Packed lunch is required. Participants are also asked to bring their own utensils and jugs or water bottles. A water
dispenser is available inside the training room proper.
8. No parking space available in Red Cross premises, you can park at Estancia Mall across Philippine Red Cross with a
corresponding parking fee.

shall mean DISQUALIFICATION from the training course/s. ***

BEFORE ENTERING THE PRC PREMISES

- Have a footbath and wash your hands before entering the Philippine Red Cross premises
- Have a temperature check
- Kindly scan QR code or fill up assessment form and present it to our guard once accomplished
- Wearing of face mask and face shield is a must be wear during the training. Avoid touching mask and face
- NO FACEMASK, NO FACE SHIELD, NO ENTRY POLICY
DURING TRAINING
- Give courtesy and due respect to fellow participants and to the trainers.
- Every participant is expected to participate in all activities – mass demonstrations and practice of skills.
- Cellular phones are to be put in a vibrate mode during the training and refrain from going outside the
room unless one has to answer an urgent / very important call, so as not to distract the rest of the class.
- Avoid unnecessary conversation with your fellow participants
- If there is a question or any concerns, kindly raise your hand
- All training equipment should be handled with outmost care
DURING BREAKS
- Strictly no smoking inside the Philippine Red Cross premises.
- Packed food is encourage
- Bringing of personal utensils and canister for water is also encourage
BEFORE LEAVING THE TRAINING ROOM
Always maintain/ observe cleanliness in the training area. After care is required at the end of each
training.
- Disinfecting of training venue shall be made every day after the session by instructors
