In the exigency of the service, and in consonance with DepEd Order No. 018, s. 2025, 'Implementing
Guidelines of the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning Program' (ARAL Program), you are hereby designated
as the READING INTERVENTION COORDINATOR for Grades 1-4 of Magtoma Elementary School, effective immediately
for SY 2025-2026, in addition to your regular teaching loads. This designation is integral to our 'Project READy, Set,
GROW!' intervention program, ensuring learners attain DepEd competencies.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of "Project READy, Set, GROW!" for Grades 1-4.
- Coordinate the identification of struggling readers through assessments and teacher observations.
- Oversee and facilitate reading intervention sessions.
- Develop, prepare, and manage necessary reading materials and resources.
- Guide and support classroom teachers involved in the intervention.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to secure their commitment and support for reading development.
- Monitor and assess learners' reading progress, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Prepare and submit accomplishment reports to the School Head and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other duties related to reading enhancement as assigned.
As you have been appointed, you are obliged to perform the stated duties and responsibilities and carry out
your appointment as your plus factor. However, failure to comply the undersign has right to revoke the benefit of
this appointment and determine appropriate action
