Script Interview:

Theo= Manager

Kenneth= Applicant

Manager: Good evening, welcome and please take a sit.

Applicant: Good evening Sir. How are you?

Manager: I’m doing good, thank you. So, let us proceed with our interview ,shall we?

Applicant: Certainly (nods)

Manager: To kick off our interview today. How about you firstly tell me a little bit about yourself?

Applicant: Alright. I really like making an influence around me. I can do it by selling something. So
you can see that’s everything that you need know about me

Manager: Wow, that’s really great. My next question is; What is your main strength?

Applicant: I think my extrovert side is my main strength because I can easily create and make
bonds/relationships with other people, in other words I am confident with my interpersonal capabilities.

Manager: Amazing, I’m impressed by that. After that my question is; why do we should hire you?

Applicant: I can tell you with confidence that I always done a great job out here. Because this is my
passion, I love doing this job, so I think you wouldn’t met another guy like me.

Manager: so now, what is your weakness?

Applicant: I’ll admit it, that sometimes I hasty to make decision, so it will make confusion when
that happened, but I can tell you that I wanna fix it up and will be better than that.

Manager: I wanna ask you about where do you see yourself in 5 years from now?
Applicant: I see myself that I can be a person that gives a good impact for the people that around
me and also hopefully this business.

Manager: And lastly, have you ever been in complicated situation with other people?

Applicant: Working with other co-worker, yes, I have, but we resolved it right away, because I know that
we need to prioritize the work and business.

Manager: That is great, thank you for applying in here, we will follow up you later

Applicant: Thank you too for taking time to interviewing me
