o Go to the Home tab.
o In the Font group, click the drop-down arrow next to the font name box.
o Choose a different font, such as Arial or Times New Roman.
4. Change the Font Size:
o With the paragraph still selected, click the drop-down arrow next to the font size box in
the Font group.
o Choose a larger size, such as 16.
5. Apply Bold Formatting:
o Select the first sentence: “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.”
o Click the Bold button (B) in the Font group or press Ctrl + B.
6. Apply Italic Formatting:

o Click the Italic button (I) in the Font group or press Ctrl + I.
7. Apply Underline Formatting:
o Select the third sentence: “It is often used to test fonts and formatting tools in word
processors.”
o Click the Underline button (U) in the Font group or press Ctrl + U.
8. Combine Bold, Italic, and Underline:
o Select the last sentence: “By changing the font name, size, and applying different styles
like bold, italic, and underline, you can see how the text appearance changes.”
