Overall, the entire process consists of several distinct stages, commencing with the
collection of solar energy and ending with the production of fresh water ready for
use.
The procedure is initiated when natural sunlight is first harnessed by means of a
solar panel, after which it is immediately transferred to a converter to generate
electricity . The phase is then followed by the relocation of produced electricty to
a well the underground where it turns into water. After that, water is pumped out to
a water tank propped up by a wooden platform through a long tube, preparing for
the subsequent filtering stage.
Once that is complete, the water is subjected to filtering, during which it is
eliminated of dirty substances and particles. Subsequently, drinking water is
transferred to a moveable container ready to cater for consumption.

Everyone can create art
- art as self-expression: it is not just about technical skills but also about expressing
feelings, ideas, and creativity.( for example, children drawing, home decorations)
- Art as a form of entertainment
Art can be created by people with special/ exceptional/ innate talents

- training: artists undergo years of practice, study and discipline

It is widely argued that all individuals posess a natural capability to create
artworks, whereas others assert that artworks could only be the production
of imagination belonging to gifted people. This essay will discuss both sides
before a personal perspective is presented.
Apparently, it is undeniable that a majority of global artworks are closely
associated with individuals posessing a special gift. This can be
attributable to the fact that people born with special talents are generally
inclined to have superior capability to approach unfamiliar issues from an
orginal and comprehensive perspective, thereby enabling them to find new
ideas even in the basics . To illustrate, young children showing talents from
an early age are better able to master the foundational elements of art
including not only the ability to paint, colour objects but also to imagine
things that transcend from conventional frameworks or challenge the
universally accepted norms of art subject compared to ordinary

characteristic that exists deeply inside each person so it can be deployed
effectively through a supportive learning environment. Another point worth
considering is that external stimulation such as learning should be taken
into consideration. Without the opportunities to attend artistic schools with
qualified teachers, gifted individuals might not able to fully develop their
talent. For that reason, normal children could also acquire the
understanding of art and progressively cultivate the capability to create
things. Parents are the ones who provide young children with opportunities
to translate that potential into tangible achivement and encourage their
child to expand their intellectual horizon and present themselves with new
challenges.
In conclusion, while acknowledging that gifted prodigy might have superior
ability to generate novel ideas, I lean towards the view that every
individuals have the natural inclination to inquire, imagine, which enabling
them to create art even in the absence of talent
