1 MATERIAL RECEIPT & VERIFICATION
1.a FRP Tank received as per approved specifica ons and drawings.

2 CIVIL FOUNDATION PREPARATION

2.d Anti-vibration pads/rubber sheets provided if required
2.e Drainage and trench slope verified near tank area
3 UNLOADING AND POSITIONING
3.a Safe unloading using certified crane/Hydra and slings.
3.b No impact, tilting or dragging during lifting
3.c Proper tag line and guide used for manual positioning
3.d Tank aligned as per orientation in layout drawing
3.e Clearance from walls/structures as per design
4 FIXING & STABILIZATION
4.a Tank placed on flat surface with full base contact
4.b Proper chocking/grouting done if required
4.c Tank secured using hold-down straps or clamps
4.d Earth strip connected to provided lug
5 PIPE CONNECTIONS
5.a Inlet/Outlet pipes connected as per schematic
5.b Vent and overflow lines connected
5.c Nozzle connections leak-proof and stress-free
5.d Flexible joints used to avoid thermal stress

6 ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
