services etc.,) correctly and truthfully in the RCJL Certificate Verification website / official
portal.

3. I affirm that all the certificates submitted by me are genuine and valid, and the
information entered by me online is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.

4. In case any of the certificates or the information entered by me is found to be false,


fabricated, or misleading at any stage, I accept that I will be liable for disciplinary action
as per the norms and rules of the Government of Telangana and the Department of
Intermediate Education.
