PROCESS
The diagram illustrates the process of producing milk and dairy products for
commercial sale.
In general, the process consists of 8 steps, beginning with cows eat grass and
ending with the final products being transported for shop or supermarket to sale.
In the first step, people raises grass for cows. Then, they move them to special
facility for milking. The frequency is twice a day. After being milking, milk is
poured into tank to be store and refrigerated for daily basis. This is followed by
a transport step where milk is removed to Dairy.
At the Dairy, a part of milk is go through a variety of processing to be cream
and butter. The remaining will be pasteurized to meet the safety as a preparation
for the following step. The process continues with pasteurize milk being
packaged into cans. Finally, cans of milk are transported to supermarket or shop
for commercial purpose, thereby completing the process.
MAPS
The maps illustrate how a gallery floor has changed from 2010 to the present
day.
In general, this gallery floor has experienced a great number of changes,
especially on the left site. Also, this gallery floor has become modernized, with
the addition of multi-functioned room.
In particular, the café shop located on the top left corner was converted into
gallery shop at the present day. The gallery office was between café shop and
exhibition room 4, which was demolished. Then, people added vending
machines to that position. The traditional stairs has been replaced by a modern
lift. But exhibition room 2 and 3 was remain unchanged.
Besides, the entrance hall took the place of reception desk at the present day.
From exhibition room 4, two new functional room were formed, including
temporary exhibition room and children’s area. The steps in entrance added
ramp to wheelchairs.
