1. User Roles & Authentication

Principal: Registers first, submits school details, and manages the system.

Academic Officer: Registers subjects and educational programs.

Heads of Academic Departments: Register department-specific details.

Parents: Log in using student credentials to track progress.

Students: Access to view personal records.

2. System Modules

1. Registration Module:

Principal Registration: Includes school name, location, contact info, and


password creation.

Academic Officer Registration: Activated after principal registration. Includes


officer name, subject allocation, and other educational details.
Department Registration: Managed by heads of departments to enter their
specific data (e.g., teachers, syllabus).

Class Teacher Registration: Class-specific details, including student


assignments.

Parent Login: Generates parent logins with student registration numbers as


usernames.

2. Subject Management Module:

Add/Edit/Remove subjects.

Assign subjects to class levels.

Link subject teachers.

3. Student Management Module:

Student enrollment by class.

Assign students to departments and subjects.

Track student progress, attendance, and behavior.


4. Performance Tracking Module:

Teachers input student scores/grades for each subject.

Generate performance reports per term or semester.

Allow parents to view their child’s progress.

5. Attendance Module:

Track daily/weekly attendance of students.

Monitor and generate absenteeism reports.

6. Parental Access Module:

Parents use the student registration number and password to log in.

5. Security & Privacy
