I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am Harshit Maurya, a student of Class 11-
A2 at Maharishi Patanjali Vidya Mandir. I am writing this application with utmost respect to humbly
request exemption from attending regular classes for non-core subjects, specifically Hindi and
English.
I am currently preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced, a highly competitive and
demanding examination that requires focused and intensive preparation in Physics, Chemistry, and
Mathematics. Balancing this preparation alongside the full school curriculum has become
increasingly difficult, and I am genuinely concerned that my performance in the core subjects may be
compromised without a more optimized schedule.
I assure you that I will continue to fulfill all academic responsibilities related to Hindi and English,
including assignments, assessments, and examinations. My request is solely to be excused from daily
classroom attendance for these subjects, so I may devote that time to strengthening my preparation
for JEE Advanced.
If permitted, I would like to utilize this time for self-study in the school library, where I can
concentrate without distractions and make the most of the academic resources available. This would
greatly support my efforts and help me maintain a disciplined study routine within the school
environment.
I hold every subject in high regard and understand the importance of a well-rounded education.
However, considering the time-sensitive nature of my goal and the limited window for preparation, I
earnestly seek your kind support and approval for this request. Your understanding and
encouragement would mean a great deal to me and would significantly aid my academic journey.
