Eligibility Criteria for Adding/Include a member

 New member must add


 A child above 5 years in the family
 A newly married spouse
 A legally adopted child
 A dependent family member moving in
 Indian citizen or legally residing in the state
 Not already listed on another ration card
 Meets criteria → Proceed
 Does not meet → Application will be rejected?

Prepare Required Documents


 Existing Ration Card
 Aadhaar card of new member (or enrolment slip)
 Birth certificate (for child)
 Marriage certificate (for spouse)
 Cancelation certificate from parenteral address
 Adoption certificate (if adopted)
 Address proof
 Passport-size photograph
 Mobile Numbers be must
