Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) –

Fabrication Department
Project: Kam River Bridge

Scope: Fabrication of structural steel bridge components (girders, stiffeners, diaphragms,

railings)

Department: Fabrication Shop

Prepared by: Manthan Patel

Date: December 18 2024

1. General Notes
- All fabrication works to follow CSA W59, CSA G40.21, AISC, and project specifications.
- Welding to be performed by certified welders (CSA W47.1).
- Inspection stages include raw material, cutting, fit-up, welding, dimensional checks,
surface prep, coating.
- H = Hold Point (cannot proceed without client/consultant approval).
- W = Witness Point (inspection presence required, but not hold).
